Last year, Mendoza (pictured), hiding in plain sight in Montgomery County, violently strangled and raped a young women in her Silver Spring apartment building’s laundry room. (The building, incidentally, is not far from the Casa of Maryland Illegal Alien Worker Welcome Center in Silver Spring.) The entire, horrific episode of the illegal alien creep in action was videoed on a security camera.
WTOP News reported that, “Judge Robert Greenberg viewed vending machine security camera footage of the attack. He said the video of the attack, which went on for approximately eight minutes, was nearly unwatchable.
Kevin Mendoza, 27, will serve 30 years in prison for the August 2019 rape of the young woman, who appeared by video conferencing during the sentencing hearing Thursday in Montgomery County Circuit Court.
‘I saw it with a sense of embarrassment, horror, and total revulsion,’ Greenberg told Mendoza before sentencing him. ‘It almost made me sick to my stomach to watch what you did to this young woman.’ ”
Understandably and tragically, the victim is not doing so great one year after the Mendoza attack. She can only handle being seen by female doctors and female healthcare professionals, and sleeps with a night light on. This despite the much-vaunted Montgomery County Rape Counseling Program.
Yet another innocent life destroyed by Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich.
