On Tuesday, November 5, Judge John A. Kronstadt of the United States District Court in Los Angeles ruled that the federal government immediately make available mental health screenings and treatment to the illegal aliens who were separated from family members during their detainment.
Judge Kronstadt stated that the process had caused “severe mental trauma to parents and their children.”
The case was filed by Mark Rosenbaum, a lawyer with Public Counsel, claiming the separation policy violated illegal aliens’ constitutional rights.
When asked for her reaction to this ruling, ‘Angel Mom,’ Sabine Durden gave the following response:
Since my son Dominic was killed and permanently separated from my family by an illegal alien seven years ago, I have been suffering from night terrors, depression and anxiety.
I can’t get help, treatment from the taxpayers, or even empathy by those who will step over all the thousands of American victims, like me, to go out of their way to make sure illegal aliens are well taken care of.
What a slap in the face and stab in the heart to the thousands of Americans and legal immigrants victimized by illegal immigration.
Again, we are placed in the back of the line and it’s time to end this.
It’s long overdue to make sure these invaders receive what they deserve … swift deportations instead of handouts, freebies, and services that law abiding citizens must pay for.
*It should be noted that in May 2019, it was announced that 30% of “immigrant adults who were suspected of arriving at the southern border with children who weren’t theirs, revealed the adults were not related to the children,” reported the Washington Examiner.
The results were discovered through DNA tests introduced by the Trump Administration. The tests confirmed what many U.S. Border Patrol agents long suspected … illegal aliens are borrowing, or actually renting the children, to use as a ‘ticket’ into the United States. Undoubtedly, many of these children have been sold into the sex trade.
