In California, Governor Gavin Newsom, is advising immigrants to not open the door. We know that Newsom is purposely lying by using the word “immigrant,” when he is really advising illegal aliens.
In a June 22 tweet, Newsom said:
CA will always defend the rights of our immigrant communities.
If Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents show up at your door, know your rights:
-You do not have to open the door—you have the right against unlawful searches.
-You have the right to speak to a lawyer.
-You have the right to remain silent.
First sentence is a stupid statement. He is, as they all do, masking and misidentifying who he really is addressing: illegal aliens.
Second sentence …. no problem.
Third sentence: Well, you do have to open the door when the officers have a removal order, it’s not advisable that one resist.
Fourth: You do have the right to speak to a lawyer, even if you have been ordered deported by the court. It’s not likely that speaking to a lawyer would help at this final stage. Or that a lawyer, finding out you have the deportation order against you, will want to take the time.
Lastly: You have the right to remain silent. But it won’t matter. The officers have the order and will take you into custody whether you talk or not.
Newsom loves illegal aliens in California.
In May, he used his executive authority to pardon two “immigrants” facing deportation. They were refugees from Cambodia who went to prison after being convicted for soliciting to commit murder and grand theft.
And on June 9, the California state budget was announced, and illegal aliens up to the age of 25, will be eligible for the state’s health care program for the poor. It also requires all residents to carry health insurance, because those who don’t will be paying nearly $100 million a year for “the poor” illegal aliens.
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Acting Director Ken Cuccinelli, said on Sunday that ICE is preparing to deport approximately a million illegal aliens who have final orders for deportation.
These deportations are supported by a majority of Americans, following the inevitable, predictable, and pathetic inaction from Congress. This includes support from more than 8-in-10 Republican voters and more than 5-in-10 swing voters.
This enforcement action is going to be very entertaining, especially in the former Golden State. Hopefully, any obvious “obstruction of justice” will be dealt with accordingly.
